Every listing gets the same treatment: bracketed HDR interiors so the windows are not blown out and the rooms are not orange, the front of the house shot at an angle that flatters the architecture rather than one that fits everything in, and aerial coverage showing the lot, the roof and what the property actually backs onto.
We work to a set order on site. Interiors first, then the front, then the drone. It is the same sequence every time, and it is the entire reason a normal listing takes about half an hour rather than an afternoon. It is not rushing, it is not wasting any of it.
Every exterior gets a blue sky in the edit, on every shoot, whatever the weather was on the day. There is no charge for it and nothing to ask for, because a grey sky on a listing photo is a problem we can solve in post and charging for the fix would be silly.

Do I have to add the drone?
No, but almost every listing earns it. It is priced on its own so a condo on the eighth floor is not paying for a shot it cannot use, and the Photo + Drone package is the cheapest way to have both. A house without an aerial is missing the one frame that shows what the property is actually next to.
