1. Who we are
Broker2Me is a trading name of Broker 2 Me Marketing Corp, 1701 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite 206, Coral Gables, FL 33134. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
2. What we collect
- Your account. Name, email address, phone number if you give one, and which organization or team you belong to.
- Your bookings. The property address, what the county record says about it, the services you chose, the price, and the date and time of the shoot.
- What we shoot. The photographs, video and virtual tours produced for your listing, and the link to the gallery we deliver them in.
- Payment. Handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe directly and we never see or store your card number. What we keep is the booking, the amount, and Stripe's reference for the payment, which is what lets us refund you.
We do not sell your personal information. Our public marketing pages use an advertising pixel, described in section 10; your account, your bookings and your property addresses are never part of that, because the pixel does not run on signed-in pages at all.
An email address and a phone number are required rather than optional. We are sending a photographer to a specific property at a specific time, so we have to be able to reach you about access, timing and where the finished photographs went. We use them for that and for nothing else.
3. The property lookup
When you type a listing address we query the property appraiser for its county, a free public record service, to read the square footage, beds, baths and lot size. Depending on the city that is the Miami Dade County Property Appraiser, the Broward County Property Appraiser or the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. That query contains the address you typed. It does not contain your name, your email or anything about your account.
4. Calendars
Booking a shoot writes an event to your photographer's Google Calendar and invites you, so the appointment is in your own calendar rather than only in ours. Cancelling removes it.
We also read our photographers' calendars to work out when they are genuinely free.
5. The support assistant
The chat window on this site is answered by an AI assistant built on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. It answers questions about pricing, coverage, turnaround and how a booking works, and it hands you to a person when the answer needs one.
The assistant only answers when you are signed in, so we always know whose conversation it is. What reaches Anthropic is the conversation itself: what you type, what the assistant has said back, and which page you were on when you opened it. It is also told your first name and your organization, which is what stops it asking you for details we already hold. If you ask it to pass something to a person, the conversation goes to us along with the ticket.
It is not given your password or your card details, and it cannot change anything on your account or read another customer's bookings. Anthropic processes the conversation in order to produce the answer and does not use it to train their models.
If you would rather not use it, simply do not open it. Email or call us instead and you reach the same people.
6. Who processes data for us
- Vercel — hosting
- Neon — the database, hosted in the United States
- Clerk — accounts, sign in and session security
- Google — calendars, and Drive for delivering your gallery
- Resend — sending booking and delivery email
- Cloudflare — storing images uploaded through the site
- Matterport — hosting virtual tours where you have booked one
- Anthropic — the support assistant described in section 5
- Stripe — payments, once card payment is enabled
7. A note on turnaround
Every delivery time quoted on this site is in business days, counted from the day after the shoot. Weekends and public holidays do not count. The public pages state the plain number for readability; this is what it means.
8. How long we keep things
Photographs, video and tours are kept for about 9 months on a one off booking. On an active membership, or an account we have agreed to keep on file, they stay online for as long as that account is active. Please download and keep your own copy. We hold files for about a year, and we cannot promise they are still here after that.
Booking records and invoices are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Account details are kept while your account is open, and removed on request afterwards.
9. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to hello@blankdm.com and we will deal with it within thirty days.
Deleting your account does not retract images already published on a listing or the MLS by you or your brokerage, and it does not remove records we have to keep for tax purposes.
10. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. Those are essential and carry no advertising.
Our public marketing pages, the ones you can read without signing in, use the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure our own advertising. It records that a browser visited a public page. It does not run on any signed-in page, so your dashboard, your bookings and your property addresses are never sent to it, and we do not pass it your name, email or phone number. You can block it with an ordinary content blocker or through your Meta ad settings, and the site works exactly the same without it.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Sign in is handled by Clerk rather than by us storing passwords. Every account is scoped to its own organization, so one team's logins cannot read another team's shoots.
12. Children
This is a service for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children.
13. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
