All your media in one place
Every shoot you have ever booked, with the photos, the video and the tour attached to the listing they belong to. No digging through email for a link from March.

Real estate media, Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach
Photography, aerial, video and tours that make a seller proud of their listing and a buyer stop scrolling. Paste the address, see the real price, and pick a time your photographer can actually keep. HDR from $220, with everything else priced per listing and back the next day.

Why this exists
You get the listing Tuesday and it has to be live by Friday. You text a photographer, wait for a price, wait again for a time, then find out on the day they are running an hour behind.
That is not a photography problem. It is a pricing and scheduling problem, and it is the part we rebuilt.
What you get
The photographs cover a listing properly on their own. Everything else is here for the properties that call for it, and you decide which those are.
Interiors, exteriors and drone coverage of the property and the lot. Not an add on, not a tier, and not something you have to remember to ask for.
Square footage, beds, baths and lot come straight off the county record. Nothing is estimated.
Price and time on site update as you go. A condo does not pay for what an estate needs.
You only see times your photographer can keep. The drive from their last shoot is already subtracted.
Photos the next day, video and Matterport within two. Every shoot stays in your dashboard.
All media, one listing
First
HDR / EXTERIORS / AERIAL
In every package. The drone goes up when the property calls for it, and on an estate this size that was never a question.
Then
SECOND CAMERA / DRONE / GRADE
A film about the house rather than a walkthrough of it. On a property this size it carries the scale the stills cannot.
Then
HELICOPTER / AERIAL / BY QUOTE
A one off for this listing rather than anything on the price list. The agent flew in and we went up with them, which is the part a seller remembers.
Then
3D SCAN / FLOOR PLAN / HOSTING COVERED
The buyer walks it themselves, on their phone, at eleven at night. Scanned on the same visit, so it is one appointment.
And last
FOUR FRAMES / IN POST / NO SECOND VISIT
Lights on, sky still blue. It is the frame that stops a scroll, and it is produced in post so it never waits on the weather.
One property, one page, branded and ready for a sign. Included with every plan.
Up to about 2,000 square feet, a property that is ready to shoot is done in half an hour. Ready does not mean empty: cars off the driveway, blinds open, lights on.
The six that change the photographs most are on our property ready page. We email the full room by room sheet as one printable page.Get the property ready checklist
Interiors, then the front, then the drone. The same sequence every time. That is why half an hour is possible.
Cloudy or just rained, we shoot. Every exterior gets a blue sky in the edit, free. Only heavy rain stops us.
Past about two and a half hours on site we send two photographers instead of one. Your day stops growing there.
The platform
Every shoot you book lands somewhere that is actually built for it. Your media, your next appointment, your team and your money, in one place that does not look like accounting software.
Every shoot you have ever booked, with the photos, the video and the tour attached to the listing they belong to. No digging through email for a link from March.

Who is coming, when they arrive, how long they need and how to get in. On the dashboard the moment you sign in.
Every delivered shoot gets a page of its own: the photographs, the tour, the video and the asking price, under your brand. One link opens it with no account, and you take it down when the listing closes.

Every agent's listings under one roof with a shared monthly allowance. Agents see their own work, the person running the team sees all of it.
Every shoot the office booked, what it listed at, and what your plan already covered. One screen instead of a folder of receipts nobody adds up.
Photographs resized to exactly what your MLS accepts, and a first draft caption written from the listing itself. Both sitting in the account, neither an extra.
Four bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 sq ft in Miami. Vaulted ceilings in the great room, a covered terrace off the kitchen, and a pool that gets the afternoon sun.
Every slot is built on the real drive between jobs, not a flat grid that pretends Homestead and Aventura take the same time to reach. Further out is still bookable, priced as what the day actually costs rather than silently squeezed into an hour that was never real.
A branded listing page collects the people who ask about it, with the listing they were looking at attached, and puts them somewhere the office can actually see them.
The same care that goes into a listing photo went into this. Fast, quiet, no clutter, and it reads properly on the phone you are actually holding.
The part that keeps you here
Most real estate software is built for a brokerage's back office. What an agent actually opens is whether the photos came back, when the next shoot is, and whether they can send the gallery without explaining how.
So every shoot lands on one dashboard: the photos, video and tour attached to the listing they belong to. Your seller gets one branded link, no login, no account, expiring when you say so.
Price a listing, see the real number, book the slot your photographer actually has open. No sales call in the way.
Everything in the account
14 more, all of them working today, on top of the screens above.
The ones in red come with a plan rather than the free account.
Pricing
$220 covers a listing up to 2,000 sq ft. Above that it is $10 per 100 sq ft. Estates past 10,000 sq ft move to a flat luxury rate with two photographers on site, which comes out cheaper per foot than the standard rate.
The base every listing needs.
Ground and air, the standard listing set.
Photos, aerial, and the 3D walkthrough.
Everything, video included.
These figures are for a 2,000 sq ft property. Prices scale with the listing, so run your actual address through and you get the real number before you commit to anything.
A gallery is not a listing yet. These four are what get it the rest of the way, and they are waiting in the account when the photographs land.
Two versions off the same shoot. A plain one that is safe for the MLS tour field, and one carrying your brand for the sign and for the seller.
MLS remarks and an Instagram caption, off the county record and off what your gallery actually has in it. Nothing in them is invented.
A count of how many people opened the page, day by day, and nothing about who they were. The ones who want to talk land in your inbox.
A one page checklist of what to do before we arrive, written from the things that actually cost us time. Send it when you book and the shoot goes faster.
Priority Agent is $59 a month for 23 percent off every listing and no weekend rush fee. Luxury Agent covers 4 listings a month at any size, built for teams and for brokers offering this to their own agents. If a plan does not beat what you would pay per listing, we will tell you.
Compare plans and ratesWhat agents say
Every one of these is an agent who came back, and the number on the card is how many listings they have shot with us.
Not only listings
A finished install is somebody's portfolio for the next ten years, and it is lit and shot the same way a listing is. Kitchens, millwork, whole renovations, photographed for the people who built them rather than for the people selling the house.

Everything works on a free account: price a listing off the county record, book it, and keep every shoot in one place. A plan changes what it costs and how long we keep your work, never what you can do.
Put in the address and see exactly what the shoot costs and when we can be there. The sooner it is on the calendar, the sooner the listing is out there working for your seller.
Not to you. Matterport charges a monthly hosting fee for every active tour, and it is the part agents get caught by, because the scan is a one time cost and the hosting is not. We carry it on our account. You pay for the shoot once and never get a bill from Matterport.
No, and we never will. Every exterior gets one, on every shoot, whatever the weather was on the day. It is part of the edit, not an upsell.
Miami Dade and Broward carry no travel fee. Palm Beach usually does, because most of the county sits over an hour out, and so does anything else past that hour, at $100 per hour. You see the number before you book rather than on the invoice afterwards.
You have full use of everything delivered for marketing the listing. Files land in a Google Drive gallery linked from your dashboard, so they do not vanish behind a subscription you forgot you were paying for.
